Ripples of Courage is for anyone who has experienced the death of someone important to them in their life and wants to process their experience in a more embodied way in connection with others.

​

Together we will move,  connect, explore,  process, and share about our grief experiences using our bodies as our guide.

​

*Attendance for all sessions is encouraged, but not required.
